Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Auto Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services that enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of vehicle appearance. Your expertise in auto detailing techniques, including buffing, cleaning, and window tinting, will ensure each vehicle leaves our facility looking pristine and professionally maintained. This position offers an energetic environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will shine.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, and exterior washing to ensure a spotless finish
- Utilize automotive buffers and other specialized tools to achieve a high-gloss shine and flawless surface finish
- Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and customer specifications
- Conduct heavy lifting of vehicles or parts safely to facilitate detailed cleaning or repair tasks
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt, debris, and imperfections
- Follow safe work practices consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining services performed, and ensuring satisfaction with the results
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto detailing at an auto detailing facility or similar environment with a strong understanding of professional detailing techniques
- Knowledge of car wash procedures, buffing, cleaning, and custodial practices related to vehicle maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks involving equipment or vehicle parts
- Familiarity with automotive buffers, window tinting tools, and other detailing equipment
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus for maintaining cleanliness standards within the facility
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles as needed
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
