WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We strongly prefer candidates with 2 years of automotive sales experience. Applicants should be confident speaking with customers in person, over the phone, through text, and online.
The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, competitive, organized, and comfortable working toward monthly sales goals.
Bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Respond quickly and professionally to dealership leads
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
- Schedule appointments and encourage customers to visit the dealership
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct professional test drives
- maintain lot organize
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Work with management and finance to structure and close deals
- Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold customers
- Keep accurate customer information and notes in the dealership CRM
- Build relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive SALARY COMMISSION compensation structure with BIG BONUSES and additional performance-based payouts for sales associates who produce results.
