Job Title: Internal Service Advisor
Reports To: Service Manager
Car Pros is seeking an experienced Internal Service Advisor to support our service department operations. Automotive experience is required. CDK experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the express team to ensure timely completion of vehicles
Coordinate workflow with team leads
Check in and inspect new vehicles for damage
Stock vehicles accurately in CDK and process price amendments
Open, manage, and close repair orders for new, used, and detail vehicles
Prepare repair estimates and itemized work orders for used vehicles and obtain authorization
Ensure shop equipment is functioning and report maintenance needs
Perform vehicle start-ups, short test drives, and lot repositions as needed
Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies
Support a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements:
Automotive service experience (required)
CDK experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Pay: $18-22/hr
