CPW has a rare opportunity in one of our top stores for a professional to join our Management team. Our Managers are working managers, responsible for selling products, in a wholesale/retail setting. You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships, and building new relationships to drive company revenue. Job Title: Auto Parts Store Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the parts store, including inventory control, routing drivers, stocking, ordering, and customer relations
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions according to company policy
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase parts sales
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Make outgoing phone sales calls
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Inventory cycle counts
