Car Parts Warehouse is looking for a Store Manager to become a part of our team. You will be responsible for the daily operations at our Kent Crystal Parkway Store. The working Manager will be selling products, merchandise, in a retail setting to drive company revenue. We offer bonuses and spiffs throughout the year and a year-end bonus program for your Managers. Pay is based on experience.
Car Parts Warehouse has over 400 employees and 175 delivery vehicles servicing Northeast Ohio's professional installer automotive parts needs.
Job Title: Auto Parts Store Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the store, including inventory control, stocking, and ordering
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions according to company policy
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Train and supervise parts store staff
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase parts sales
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Inventory cycle counts
Qualifications:

Requirements:

- Ability to manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking
