Currently we have a dealership in your area looking to hire a Dealership Assistant Service Manager.

Responsibilities May Include:
Oversee daily operations of the express lane department.
Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor service workflow to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Assist in training and development of staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for service operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive service management or related field preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with service management software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
