What You’ll Do

- Present maintenance recommendations and repair options with transparency
- Maintain consistent follow‑up on vehicle status, approvals, and timelines
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery
- Support CSI goals through exceptional communication and problem‑solving
