Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizes accordingly.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and strong emphasis on use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Daybreak, Dialer, and CMS.
- Pays attention to details.
- Proven problem solving (identification, analysis, resolution) skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business problem issues in a non technical manner.
- Self-motivation and ability to think independently and as a team member in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment.
