📊 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct daily portfolio reviews and performance analysis
- Create purchase proposals for new business
- Make recommendations on reserves, repossessions, and charge-offs
- Oversee and execute the dealer buyback process
- Communicate with dealerships regarding:
- Collections
- Reserves
- Back-end account processes
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting
- Run asset allocation reports
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
- Support reconciliation and administrative functions as needed

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- DealPack, Dialer systems, CMS (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a non-technical way
- Self-motivated and works well independently and on a team
