Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and retail customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, financing terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels effectively through inventory control systems and coordinate with sales support teams for timely vehicle availability.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and manage sales processes efficiently.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and campaigns aimed at increasing dealership visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities, appointments, and customer communications for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach through outbound sales efforts and B2B partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with confidence in closing high-end sales deals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or outbound sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and marketing strategies relevant to car dealerships.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and public speaking skills that foster trust and credibility with clients.
