Description
Car Craft Auto Body is looking for a full-time, hands-on Maintenance Technician for our four Saint Louis area collision repair shops. Our shops are located in South County, Chesterfield, Bridgeton and Hazelwood.
This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining our buildings and grounds, this includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC.

· This position is paid at an hourly rate with a range from $25-30 DOE

Requirements
Qualifications· Minimum 3 years of hands-on building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience· Strong troubleshooting skills required· Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment· Strong communication skills, ability to professionally communicate with tenants and management team· Strong work ethic & stable work history· Clean driving record & valid MO driver's license (company vehicle provided)· Must be able to pass a criminal and MVR background checkPhysical demands include
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs or at least 50 pounds
- Ability to reach above the shoulder level to work
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, sit, stand, and twist
- Ability to climb and walk on the roof or climb ladders
- Ability to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to stand, walk, or run for long periods of time
- Ability to repeat the same movements
