What You’ll Do
- Assist in daily sales operations and support the Sales Manager in driving performance
- Lead, motivate, and coach sales consultants to reach goals
- Ensure every customer receives a top-tier experience from greeting to delivery
- Help manage online leads, follow-ups, and CRM activities
- Maintain strong knowledge of our inventory and financing options
- Assist with desk deals, trade appraisals, and closing sales
- Contribute to advertising, merchandising, and lot management
- Step in to manage the department when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Management or team-lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and online lead handling
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
