Job Description:
We’re seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who can support the daily sales operations and help drive the continued growth of the business. This person should have solid sales experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work closely with both customers and staff.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s dependable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in helping manage the showroom, lead sales efforts, and ensure customers receive top-notch service every time they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day sales floor operations
- Help lead, motivate, and support the sales team
- Greet customers, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
- Drive sales performance and contribute to meeting monthly goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
- Handle customer concerns or questions with professionalism and care
- Open and close the shop as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering as necessary
- Provide input on product selection and merchandising
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or automotive sales experience
- Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of car audio systems and vehicle electronics (or a willingness to learn)
