Luxury Fleet Specialist

Red Rock Taxi Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with luxury fleet operations, vehicle detailing, light mechanical work, transportation services, and secure vehicle housing.
This role is ideal for someone who loves vehicles, enjoys driving, and believes in treating people with kindness and respect. Maintaining premium vehicles is both an art and a science. At Red Rock Taxi Services, we work independently, take pride in our appearance and operations, and understand the importance of professionalism, cleanliness, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Professionally detail luxury SUVs and premium vehicles inside and out
- Maintain vehicles in “rental-ready” and client-ready condition at all times
- Perform light mechanical and maintenance work (“wrenching”), including:
- Tire pressure and basic tire service
- Light troubleshooting
- Coordinating outside repairs
- Safely transport passengers and vehicles between:
- Airports
- Hotels
- Marinas
- Service appointments
- Client delivery locations
- Responsible for customer pickups and drop-offs as needed
- Securely house and monitor company vehicles overnight
- Conduct routine inspections and report damages or maintenance concerns
- Maintain fuel levels, cleanliness, registration, and vehicle supplies
- Represent the company professionally with clients and partners
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving luxury SUVs and premium vehicles
- Mechanical aptitude and basic automotive repair knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to safely store or house company vehicles is preferred
