Car & Drive Motorsports is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Car Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. If you have strong sales skills, enjoy working with customers, and can handle calls and appointments professionally, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule and manage sales appointments
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from greeting to closing
- Update and maintain customer records in our dealership CRM system
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
- Prior experience in car sales or dealership customer service (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with dealership CRM and appointment systems
- Motivated, dependable, and results-driven
