Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Overtime is rare, but may occasionally be required
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Possesses basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools
- Have basic computer and possesses strong organizational skills
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality
- Follows safety procedures and quality standards consistently
- Operate a variety of CNC and manually controlled metal-forming equipment in accordance with job specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines
- Perform test runs to ensure machines are operating according to specifications
- Set and operate machines to complete full production cycles
- Monitor machine operation throughout production runs to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to inspect finished parts for compliance with specifications
- Perform routine daily maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as needed
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and established quality control procedures
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position
- Demonstrates honesty and reliability
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a continuous basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and independently
- Possess basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word and Excel, preferred
- Able to follow verbal and written work instructions accurately
- CNC and prior production machine experience preferred
- Have reliable transportation
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- $20-$23 per hour based upon experience
- Monthly bonus based on productivity & profits
