Position Overview

The Insurance Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our client’s insurance operations by drafting customized property and casualty insurance policies, administering insurance claims, and facilitating the renewal process. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we serve our clients and contribute directly to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities

· Prepare insurance applications and support the renewal process by gathering client data, preparing schedules, and documenting communications.

· Administer insurance claims from reporting to resolution, coordinating with clients and third parties to ensure smooth handling.

· Review insurance claims, applying knowledge of coverage forms to support claim decisions and maintain complete and accurate files.

· Draft and review manuscript insurance policies and change endorsements to meet specific client coverage needs.

· Prepare funding instructions, track premium collections, and follow up on overdue payments.

· Maintain up-to-date records of all insurance activities in both the company’s internal files and clients’ document libraries.

· Perform claim file audits, maintain loss run reports, support risk pool operations, and handle ad-hoc assignments.

· Assist clients with inquiries related to their insurance coverage, policies, or claims.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

· Experience in property and casualty insurance administration, claims handling, and/or policy drafting preferred.

· Basic understanding of insurance principles and policy structures.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and proactively in an orderly and timely manner.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
