What We Offer
Paid Training – No professional cleaning experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. We simply ask that you have a great attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.
Excellent Pay
- Training: $15/hour
- Revenue-share pay averaging $18-$28/hour based on schedule fullness and efficiency while maintaining a 5-star experience

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Friendly with excellent customer service skills
✔ Detail-oriented and eager to learn
✔ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
✔ Able to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, kneel, stand, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
✔ Comfortable carrying and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
✔ Willing to wash and fold microfiber rags as part of equipment maintenance
✔ Pet friendly (dogs, cats, and other family pets)
✔ Comfortable taking before-and-after photos/videos and occasionally appearing in marketing content
✔ Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
✔ Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
✔ Residential cleaning experience is a plus—but not required!

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Daily shifts typically range from 3-7 hours
- Schedule gradually increases as your star qualities progresses
