This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer who thrives in complexity, owns large problem spaces end to end, and leads through influence, judgment, and craft.As a Staff Designer, you’ll guide design across a significant product area, with scope that can extend beyond a single team into the broader ICM pillar. The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
