Digital Media Manager Overview
Captiva Marketing is seeking self-motivated individuals who enjoy planning, executing, and managing digital media strategies. Interested candidates should enjoy working within the agency environment while supporting multi-channel initiatives for our clients.
As a part of our promotional and account management teams, this position will require the ability to create digital strategies, to distribute messaging across channels, and to continually evaluate, refine, and optimize within various digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only help to design the marketing and advertising strategies, but will also assess the end-to-end performance of the campaigns. Collaboration, constant learning, and a knack for problem-solving are a must.
This is a full-time position available in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred, hybrid options are available).

- Project management
- Marketing and advertising strategy
- Client interactions and communications
- Website content recommendations and updates
- Website analysis and reporting
- Digital media advertising (Google, Bing, and some social media)
- Possible travel on occasion
Skill Requirements for Digital Media Manager Position
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3-7 years of digital marketing experience
- Creative problem-solving
- Strong writing ability
- Organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Ability to go above and beyond daily responsibilities when needed
- Paid digital media experience in Google Ads and DV360, Microsoft Ads, and other similar platforms
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms
Preferred Skills for Digital Media Manager
These additional skills are desired but not required.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Knowledge of WordPress, AEM, or other content management systems
- Knowledge of Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Marketo and/or HubSpot and/or Pardot
