Maintenance Mechanic for Injection Blow Molding
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our plastic bottle manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with injection blow molding machinery. You will play a vital role in reducing downtime, maintaining optimal machine performance, and ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on injection blow molding equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with machine operators, engineers, and production staff to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Communicate effectively with the production team and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection blow molding machinery.
- Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends on a rotation schedule.
