Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and passionate Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer at CapTech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications and systems according to client requirements and project specifications. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Collaborating with software architects, designers, and other developers to implement solutions that align with project goals and objectives. Conducting thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Participating in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies. Working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions. Contributing to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate software development. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Python Developer or Software Engineer Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or others. Knowledge of software development tools and libraries commonly used in Python development. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
