• Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls to introduce our products and services, answer inquiries, and generate new business opportunities
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage client data, update records accurately, and prepare sales reports
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to keep customer profiles current and organized
• Practice effective phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving client engagement

Experience

• Previous call center experience or inside sales background preferred, demonstrating familiarity with outbound calling techniques
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and client record management
• Experience in customer service or client support roles that involve problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication strategies for engaging customers
