Captain Joe's Grill in Whitmore Lake, MI, is looking for a dedicated and friendly Server to join our team. If you have at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry and love working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Server at Captain Joe's Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
