Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office).

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Location: In-Person.

Job Summary:

Captain Jay’s is hiring a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This in-office position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who excels in office management, scheduling, communication, and executive support in a fast-paced business environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily executive assistant support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track follow-up action items.
• Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist with administrative projects, data collection, reports, and presentations.
• Perform office management tasks including ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining records.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or office administrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
