What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken?
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shift
Job Type: Full-Time | In Person
- Provide daily administrative and executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and payables processing, ensuring timely and organized recordkeeping.
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational standards.
- Support leadership by making routine decisions and resolving issues as needed.
- Assist with cross-department communication to keep projects and workflows moving efficiently.
- Take on additional administrative and operational tasks as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
