Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher specializing in Roadside Assistance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating roadside services, ensuring timely assistance for drivers, and maintaining clear communication between customers, drivers, and auto clubs. In this vital role, you will coordinate emergency and non-emergency roadside services, ensuring prompt and efficient support for customers in need.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from drivers, auto clubs, and customers in a professional and timely manner
- Make outgoing calls to customers, drivers, and auto clubs to provide updates and coordinate services
- Dispatch roadside assistance services efficiently based on location and urgency
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports of daily operations and service calls
- Monitor job progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous dispatch or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
