Job Description
- Ensure all dishes, and silverware are washed and kept clean; maintaining good condition.
- Dish area is kept cleaned and organized allowing everyone to walk freely, and place dirty dishes in proper areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and other areas your supervisor requires.
- Ensure ALL cardboard boxes are broken down, and all trash is dumped at the end of the shift.
- Put clean dishes back in the correct area after they have been washed and dried.
- Kitchen floor must be swept and mopped at the end of your shift along with any other areas your supervisor may require.
- Pull ALL mats in the kitchen and bar to be washed/rinsed
- Drain the dishwasher every night along with draining and cleaning the 3-way sink at the end of your shift
- Help cooks prep on the line; task may include but are not limited to cutting vegetables, beef, chicken, tofu, etc.
- Help in areas as needed that your supervisor may require
- Report to your direct supervisor, or General Manager of operations, of any ideas, guest complaints, guest reviews, broken equipment, and anything else that happens inside the facility.'
