Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Cashier/Host to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently as a host/host
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed
- Process payments using POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and host station
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Uphold restaurant policies on safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Experience
- Prior host/host experience preferred but not required; hospitality background is a plus
- Experience in food service or restaurant environment highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
- Previous hotel or guest services experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
