Captain Clean Pro Wash has been serving homeowners across Western Washington for over 40 years. What started as a small family operation has grown into two thriving locations and more than 25,000 homes professionally cleaned. We specialize in roof cleaning, moss treatment, gutter cleaning, window washing, and soft washing — helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.
Now we’re building out a high-performance sales team to match the reputation we’ve spent decades earning.
You’ll be talking to homeowners who already reached out for quotes. Your job is to answer questions, overcome objections, and book the work. If you’re competitive and like winning, you’ll do well here.
What the job looks like
Answer inbound calls from homeowners requesting quotes
Call back missed leads and unbooked estimates
Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
Book services directly on the phone
Keep the production schedule full
Track your numbers daily (closing ratio and revenue)
If the board isn’t full, we follow up. Period.

Pay
Base commission
Most reps earn $45,000–$70,000
