Captain Clean Pro Wash is growing fast and hiring an experienced inside sales rep to turn homeowner inquiries, open estimates, and past customers into booked jobs. What you’ll do:
Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads. Call unbooked estimates and past customers. Quote and close jobs over the phone using a proven process. Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale. Keep the production schedule full. Maintain organized CRM notes and follow-ups. Treat every lead like revenue waiting to be captured. This is a high-ownership sales role, not a call center job.
Ideal background:
Inside sales, phone sales, home services sales, commission-driven roles, appointment setting closing, or high-volume follow-up environments. You’re competitive, comfortable making outbound calls daily, naturally take control of conversations, track your numbers, and like being accountable for results.
Pay & opportunity:
Hourly base commission bonuses. Commission is simple: 5% of revenue you sell. Top performers earn $60k–$80k . High performers get priority access to new leads. Real advancement opportunities as we grow.
Schedule:
Full-time, in-office in Mount Vernon. Consistent weekday schedule with busy-season upside.
