- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, floors, and storage areas to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision to support the culinary team
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently during service hours to maintain a clean dining environment
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to safety protocols for hygiene and sanitation standards
- Aid in catering and banquet setups by ensuring all dishware and serving items are clean and ready for use
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods
Requirements
