What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier - Driver (Part-Time) | TX - Houston Pharmacy position at Capsule?

What we offer- Guaranteed Pay - Stable schedules: You are paid for your full scheduled shift - even if deliveries finish early.
$15.00/hour/hour guaranteed for every hour worked.We also reimburse mileage for every mile driven on company business.
Fixed schedule with guaranteed weekly hours.
Core shifts are 3 hours, with the option to pick up additional shifts.
- W2 Employment (Not Gig Work): As a W2 employee, you receive:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. You will be required to provide proof of work eligibility before we consider hire
Must have access to a smart phone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning delivered packages
Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 20 lbs, including frequent stair climbing.
Skill in navigating high-traffic city environments and varied road surfaces safely and efficiently using GPS and delivery tech.
Comfort working outdoors in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and heavy rain, while maintaining a consistent pace.
Must be able to read, speak, and write in English with fluency.
Must have access to a vehicle with an active auto insurance - this is not provided by Capsule
Must have a valid and unexpired driver license
