We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with operations leadership to provide actionable financial insights, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes
- Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, inventory, and operational performance
- Partner with operations leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and capital investments
- Monitor key performance indicators and communicate trends to leadership
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support audits and special financial projects as needed
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of financial analysis or manufacturing finance experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar is preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
