We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking Electrical Controls Engineers at the LEAD, SENIOR, and ASSOCIATE levels due to a continued growth/new business. This position will report to the Senior Engineering Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. This is a direct hire onsite position.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals
- Maintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentation
- Program PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley)
- Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines
- Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with engineering team to define system control needs
- Assist corporate controls in engineering changes and new programs
- Guides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and results
- Champion assigned engineering changes communicate and coordinate accordingly to all
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Electrical Engineering or Technical Degree is strongly preferred for consideration
- Candidate should be well versed in Allen Bradley PLC's
- Experience in programming, installation, startup, and debug of integrated robotic production systems
- Proficient in reading, interpreting and editing electrical schematics and diagrams
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
