We are representing a globally recognized Industrial Manufacturing organization who is actively seeking Quality Manager at their flagship operation. POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to the Plant Manager while leading a department of (3 direct reports) and having a strong working relationship with the Director of Quality
- Complete financial/budgetary ownership of department
- Candidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different department
- Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues
- Work closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talent
- Responsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors Degree is required for consideration (preference for Engineering/technical field)
- Candidate should be Plant/Operations driven Quality Leader with strong background in Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving
- Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of Quality leadership experience within highly regulated environment
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
