We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on staff-level and operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
- Participate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
