We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking Controller as part of the organizations prestigious leadership development program. This organization is a domestic leader in their space and pride themselves on an outstanding culture predicated on benefits, compensation, and employee satisfaction. This candidate will report to the General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to the General Manager and will have a strong working relationship with the Divisional CFO
- Responsible for leading month end close for operation with EBITA approaching 40%
- Candidate will have accountability over cost and reporting function
- .Review and analyze plant inventory transaction
- Responsible for leading month end close process
- Analyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business
- Provide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditure
- Participate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership

POSTION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required. Advanced degree/and or certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc).
- Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing Accounting experience
- Experience leading month end close process
- Targeting "Business Partner" with General Management/Operations (in context to "resource")
Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
