Mission
As Program Support Staff, your mission is to champion the safety, development, and wellbeing of our clients. You will serve as a frontline mentor, balancing structured daily operations with high-energy “Adventure Days.” This role requires a unique blend of physical stamina, emotional intelligence, and administrative reliability.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Maintain the daily facility schedule, manage weekly meal planning/nutrition, and oversee client vocational duties for internal and external partners.
Safety & Fitness: Lead safe, productive workouts and maintain a secure environment through constant vigilance and adherence to safety protocols.
Adventure Leadership: Serve as the “Primary” lead for off-site adventures by maintaining peak physical readiness and navigating aquatic environments.
Client Mentorship: Build authentic relational connections while teaching essential life skills and providing unbiased care to a diverse population.
Professional Communication: Document all client progress and medication administration (KIPU) with clinical accuracy and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Certifications: Must possess (or obtain) Lifeguard, Boater’s Education, CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
Emotional Resilience: Proven ability to remain composed and exercise critical thinking during high-stress or emotionally charged interactions.
Professionalism: A clean driving record and the maturity to separate personal views from workplace responsibilities.
Collaborative Spirit: A dependable team player who thrives on feedback and works effectively within a diverse staff and client base.
