Job Description
- Manage and support a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Collaborate directly with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
- Develop strong advocacy skills in both written and oral formats
- Take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to case outcomes
We are Seeking:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of litigation experience (civil defense strongly preferred)
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Motivated to build your professional reputation and grow within a firm
Salary : $85,000 - $140,000
