About the RoleOne of the country’s largest independent insurance brokerages seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to support a sales team in the Mid-Atlantic that’s writing a ton of new business. The producers need someone who can manage the influx of new business and use technology as a way to stay on top of deadlines, including managing renewals. The book is truly generalist with accounts in a variety of industries with all considered middle market with the average revenue between $25k-$50k with some reaching $100k.Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients with inquiries ranging from coverage and billing questions to claims reporting and renewal preparationThoroughly review policies for accuracy, providing timely feedback and information to and from clients and insurance company contactsPrepare client renewal marketing materials, submissions to underwriters, and proposals for renewal quotesSkills & ExperienceMinimum five (5) years of commercial insurance account management experience working with middle market business insurance clientsActive state insurance licenseJob SpecsHybrid schedule offered; 3 days/week working from home.Company DescriptionCapstone Search Group is an insurance recruiting firm that offers creative, unique staffing solutions for the insurance industry!
