You support other account managers, account executives, and producers with maintaining client relationships, executing service plans, analyzing policies, and supporting the renewal process for mid-market and large accounts across a variety of industries. Job Specs
- Location: Des Moines, IA or Madison, WI. Hybrid schedule available after training and onboarding period.
- Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of similar commercial insurance client service and account management experience servicing mid-market policies, handling daily needs, reviewing claims, and assisting with marketing plans.
- Licensure: Active P&C license.
