We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. You’ll support our Sales Manager while working alongside a collaborative and driven sales team. Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with a large pipeline of leads using our CRM
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Independently manage your account portfolio and drive consistent sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand into new markets and diversify our customer base
- Provide top-tier customer service and account support
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity logs, and customer records
Qualifications
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required)
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00/hr base pay (40 hours per week)
- 3% commission on all sales from new and existing accounts you manage
- Uncapped earning potential
