Controller

Core Responsibilities for Controller-

• Ad hoc cash flow projections for existing projects and anticipated projects

• Financial Statement review, commentary and correction

• Document review (leases, contracts, partnership agreements, operating

agreements, sales documents, etc.) and recommendation for the accounting

treatment of transactions.

• Administration of lease documents

• Coordination and preparation of retail budgets

• Various HOA boards – review of financials and budgets

• Review of Stewardship District and Community Development budgets and financial

statements

• Job cost review and approval.

• Review, allocation and payment of payroll billing

• Approving wires at both Wells Fargo and Hancock Whitney as necessary

• Approving Bank Reconciliations

• Calculating and billing management fees

• Allocating interest from investments and recording on general ledger

• Preparing for final review closing statements for land sales

• Reviewing closing statements for lot sales received from title companies
