This role manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping responsibilities while also providing administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.The ideal candidate is organized, experienced with accounting software, and comfortable supporting both financial and front-office functions.What Youll DoManage full accounts payable cycle, including entering vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing timely paymentsOversee accounts receivable functions such as generating invoices, applying customer payments, and following up on outstanding balancesPrepare and post journal entries for recurring and routine transactionsPerform regular bank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain accurate and organized financial records within the accounting systemSupport month-end close through reconciliations and supporting documentationAssist with general administrative tasks including filing, mail handling, supply coordination, and document managementAnswer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and provide professional customer service supportCollaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, payment application, and job cost trackingDoing timesheets 1 day of the week.
