Were looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support our teams across the United States. This is a fully remote position supporting multiple locations and subsidiaries.
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations from onboarding and compliance to benefits and employee engagement. This position ensures employees have the support and resources they need while helping our HR department maintain structure, accuracy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
Track and monitor compliance programs such as OSHA, FMLA, IIPP, DOT, and harassment prevention.
Run compliance reports and assist with HR audits.
Support updates to handbooks, policies, and HR documents based on labor law changes.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate new hire onboarding with site managers and ensure all documentation is complete.
Schedule and track employee orientations.
Process offboarding paperwork and exit documentation.
Recruiting & Hiring Support
Screen and coordinate candidates for open positions as directed by recruiters.
Assist with local recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking applicants as needed.
Timekeeping & Payroll Support
Monitor employee timecards, timesheet submissions, and time-off requests.
Train and assist employees and managers on proper timekeeping procedures.
Benefits Administration
Support benefit enrollment, questions, and changes.
Assist Spanish-speaking employees with understanding benefit options and documents.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
Support managers in understanding HR forms and processes.
Promote employee appreciation and engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
Schedule, track, and monitor required training such as OSHA, DOT, CRD, and DOL certifications.
Maintain training records in BambooHR.
Company Culture & Communication
Help coordinate company events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Support a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or administrative capacity.
At least 1 year of payroll or timecard management experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred), timekeeping, and benefits platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Work Environment
100% Remote (must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace).
Full-time, non-exempt position.
Occasional travel may be required.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
