We have an immediate opening for a Principal Systems Engineer who will support development of a strategic Cyber Testing approach across the Department of War in Huntsville, AL. Key Responsibilities
- Support high-visibility critical aspects of Cyber Testing.
- Develop and execute system architecture and design, systems documentation, systems requirements, and systems verification.
- Provide direct systems engineering support and oversee engineering services with team members to serve the technical needs of the program. Develop and execute integrated test plans for the efforts.
- Manage the effort to include staffing and associated budget.
- Coordinate efforts of multiple government and industry partners
- Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Cyber Testing by identifying customer needs and revenue sources that can be leveraged with company capabilities.
- BS Engineering (MS Preferred) with 20 years of technical and project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios.
- Experience running complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and sustainment.
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies
- Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations
- Top Secret Security Clearance
- Must be US Citizen
