The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an ambitious Cost Manager to join its growing Houston team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mission-critical projects, taking ownership of cost management throughout the project lifecycle while developing your career within a high-growth consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender, and contract documentation.
- Manage project cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and change management.
- Work closely with Project Managers and contractors throughout delivery.
- Produce monthly cost reports and support commercial decision-making.
- Assist with contract administration and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 years' experience in construction cost management or contract administration.
- Experience on commercial, corporate interiors, or mission-critical/data center projects.
- Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizen or unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
