The firm provides independent cost and project management services to Fortune 500 clients across commercial real estate, corporate interiors, and mission-critical/data center projects. The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an ambitious Cost Manager to join its growing Houston team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mission-critical projects, taking ownership of cost management throughout the project lifecycle while developing your career within a high-growth consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender, and contract documentation.
• Manage project cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and change management.
• Work closely with Project Managers and contractors throughout delivery.
• Produce monthly cost reports and support commercial decision-making.
• Assist with contract administration and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 3 years' experience in construction cost management or contract administration.
• Experience on commercial, corporate interiors, or mission-critical/data center projects.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• US Citizen or unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
