What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and dispatch plumbers efficiently
- Communicate appointment details and service expectations clearly
- Support technicians with job updates and daily coordination
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and customer follow-ups
- Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
