Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with experience or strong interest in sports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-play programs to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned, private practice committed to providing clinical excellence through one-on-one care. Our team emphasizes advanced education, specialty certifications, and top-tier customer service—all in a supportive, collaborative environment. We do not use aides or care extenders. All treatment is provided by licensed therapists, and 45-minute treatment sessions ensure continuity and quality of care.

Minimum Therapist Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT)
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development
Preferred Sports Therapist Qualifications
- Completion of, or active progress toward, APTA SCS, NSCA CSCS, or FMS/SFMA certifications
- Demonstrated experience in sports rehabilitation, including return-to-play programming, injury prevention, and performance enhancement
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, education, and specialization. Performance-based bonuses available.

We offer Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy services and maintain a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
